Robert James Austin Crowe, 19 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found being loud and belligerent while cursing in front of children at a trailer park on Rockmart Road.
Police said that while speaking with Crowe they found him to be in an intoxicated state.
They added that before arresting him, they asked him to stop, but he refused multiple requests to do so.
Crowe is charged with disorderly conduct.
