Shawn Isaac Elkins, 41 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found stalking a woman around Rome.
Reports stated that Elkins was observed riding a 4-wheeler on the roadway while following the victim.
Elkins was taken into custody near the intersection of Ga 20 and Turner Bend Road.
Elkins is charged with aggravated stalking, driving without a license and driving without insurance.
