Rodney Jermaine Sullivan Jr, 25 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he obtained and used another person’s bank info to transfer funds to his personal Cash App account.
Police said that Sullivan took $250 from the victim back on March 12th.
Sullivan is charged with financial transaction card fraud and financial transaction card theft.
