Joseph Gavin Hembree, 21 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found exposing himself while drunk.
Police stated that Hembree was taken into custody by a patrolling officer in the area of Cherokee Road at Highway 27.
Hembree is charged with public indecency and public drunkenness.
