Jerry Wayne Dean, 58 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he “got in” a 22 year-old man’s face and yelled at him.
Reports added that Dean proceeded to ball his fist, which placed the victim in fear of receiving injury.
Dean is charged with simple assault.
