Rafael Marin Castillo, 23, and Vanessa Gutierrez, 3, both of Rome, were arrested this week after reports said the Rome Floyd Metro Drug Task Force executed a search of their home at 23 Lawton Street.
Reports said that officers seized 40 grams of psilocybin mushrooms, 15.8 pounds of marijuana, 4 LSD tabs, 30 Xanax tablets, 4 grams of THC wax, 4 packages of THC edibles, 3 hydrocodone tablets, 1 oxycodone tablet, digital scales, packaging materials, and multiple smoking devices.
Both are charged drug trafficking, possession of marijuana, distribution of marijuana, three counts possession of a schedule I controlled substance, three counts possession of a schedule I controlled substance with intent to distribute, two counts possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent to distribute, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance, sale of a schedule IV controlled substance and possession of drug related objects.
