Rome Police arrested three individuals, Timothy Shane Wesson, 44, Brittany Nicole Duncan, 39, and Zereena Tiesha Monique Gibson, 33, after they were found living in a vacant property.
Reports said that the suspects were told to vacate the home on May 22 after it had sold. They were taken into custody over the week after still remaining at the home on Grady Avenue.
All are charged with criminal trespass.
