An inmate in the Floyd County Jail, Noah Layne Duncan, 20 of Rome, is facing new charges after reports said he intentionally broke a sprinkler head.
Duncan is now charged with felony interference with government property.
Duncan was originally arrested back on May 8th after he was found driving under the influence of alcohol.
