Amanda Ann Booker, 39 of Cartersville, was arrested this week after reports said she allowed her ankle monitor to die and failed to charge it.
Reports stated that the ankle monitor was to be worn and charged at all times as a pretrial bond condition on a pending court case.
Booker is charged with unlawful removal of an electronic monitoring device.
Booker was arrested in Rome back in 2022 after she allegedly conspired to sell methamphetamine.
Police said that she used a communications device to arrange a drug deal at an unspecified location in Floyd County.
Booker is charged with use of a communication facility in commission of a felony involving a controlled substance and attempt or conspiracy to violate Georgia controlled substance act.
