Timothy Parks, 17 of Hiram, was arrested at the Hawthorn Suites in Rome after reports said he threatened another person while acting in a vulgar manner.
Reports stated that Parks spit and threw items at the victim while trying to start a fight.
Parks is charged with disorderly conduct.
