Bary Durale Davis, 64 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said he rented a car from Enterprise and then never returned it.
Police said that Davis leased the car, a 2024 Nissan Altima, back on March 26th and failed to return the vehicle within the allotted time.
The value of the car was listed at $23,000.
Davis is charged with felony theft by conversion.
