Tyrone Leonard Edwards, 18 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he stalked a 46 year-old woman at her home on Moran Lake Road.
Reports said that Edwards had been told to not make contact with the victim before he called and showed up at her home.
Edwards is charged with aggravated stalking.
