Rolando Cruz-Duque Jr, 22 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he shoved his two aunts during a dispute at a cemetery on Shorter Avenue.
Reports added that Cruz-Duque was under the influence of alcohol during the incident.
Cruz-Duque is charged with two counts simple battery and public drunk.
