Donald Larry McFall, 76 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he used another person’s bank card to buy food from the Waffle House.
Reports stated that McFall did not have permission to use the card in the $15.57 purchase back on December 28 of last year.
Police added that McFall was captured after committing a hit and run on Redmond Road this week.
McFall is charged with hit and run and financial transaction card fraud.
