Edward Armstrong, 44 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found in a drunken state while at the BBM Coin Laundry mat on North Broad Street.
Reports added that Armstrong was also wanted on a failure to appear warrant.
Armstrong is charged with city drunkenness and failure to appear.
