Edward Armstrong, 43 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found drunk and walking around on property that did not belong to him.
Reports stated that Armstong was found outside 2000 N Broad Street stumbling and with slurred speech.
Armstrong is charged with city drunkenness and criminal trespass.
