James Cornelius Miles, 56 of Smyrna, was booked into the Floyd County Jail after he allegedly took payment to install a HVAC system at a home on Cambridge Drive and never delivered.
Police said that the victim paid Miles $3,200 for the system back on April 4, 2024.
Miles is charged with conversion of payments for real property.
