The Rome Alcohol Control Commission this week recommended a $2,000 fine and a 30-day suspension of the alcohol license at Party Time Beverages on Martha Berry Boulevard.

The move comes after being cited for selling alcohol to an underage customer.

The recommendation will now go to the Rome City Commission for approval.

Also in the meeting, the ACC approved a beer and wine package license for Crawdaddy’s Provisions at 300 North 5th Avenue, and a beer and wine pouring license, along with an entertainment license for Cecil T’s Mercantile at 7 Broad Street.
