Arnold Hutchison, 69 of Rockmart, was arrested this week after reports said he shot at another man with a gun on Prospect Road.
The victim told police that Hutchison shot the gun at his feet while they were arguing. Hutchison told police that he admitted to pulling the gun on the victim, but only after the victim yelled and cursed t him.
Reports added that the argument was over who hit who at a four-way stop.
Hutchison is charged with aggravated assault.
