Heaven Lee Dawn Hood, 26 of Gaylesvile, was arrested in Rome after reports said she fought with police while they were attempting to take her into custody.
Reports said that hood was being taken into custody on an unidentified warrant at a home on East 20th Street.
Hood is charged with obstruction and probation violation.
