The City of Rome has officially approved the purchase of approximately 3 acres at the corner of Riverside Parkway and Riverside Industrial Park NE for $2.1 million.
This site is set to become the future home of the Rome Police Department.
The agreement includes a $50,000 earnest payment and a 45-day due diligence period for a Phase 1 environmental assessment before finalizing the deal.
