Jarvaris Jermaine Dyer, 18, and Demontre Dyer, 20, both of Cedartown, were arrested this week after reports said they were found breaking into a car.
Reports added that Javaris Dyer is accused of fighting with officers and was found with marijuana in his possession.
Both are charged with 1st degree burglary and entering an automobile with intent to commit a crime.
Javaris Dyer is additionally charged with possession of marijuana and obstruction.
