A 28 year-old Cave Spring man, Coby Jakob Reeves, was arrested this week after reports said he assaulted a female.
Reports said that Reeves slammed the woman to the ground and placed her in a “choke hold”.
The victim was left with numerous visible bruising on her body.
Reeves is also accused of damaging walls to the victim’s home on Davis Road.
Reeves is charged with simple assault and battery.
