Anfernee Bernard Timmons, 28 of Calhoun, was arrested this week after reports said he assaulted his sister during an argument.
Reports said that the argument began when the victim told Timmons that she wanted to go on her own phone plan. The victim stated that Timmons placed both his hands around her neck and then began to pull her weave out of her head.
Timmons is charged with aggravated assault.
