Chip Hood has always loved giving back to his community. Growing up, working with his family while learning how to be conservative Chip found a need in helping others. As the years went by, and taking over as owner of ForeverGreen Landscaping, Chip learned what it takes to budget, work with others, and strive to maintain a community feel. On top of working as a member of the Floyd County Schools Board of Education, Chip also served on numerous community boards. Recently, Chip has decided to put his name in the running for a seat on the Floyd County Commission. Listen as he talks about the journey that lead him to this decision. It is because of his passion for giving back to the community we honor Chip Hood as the CVN Person of the Month.
