Cody Lee Barron, 35 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said he threatened to kill another man at Binkley’s Auto Care and Towing.
Police added that when they arrived to arrest Barron he fled on foot while refusing to comply with commands to stop.
Barron is charged with terroristic threats/acts and obstruction.
