Kevin Cruz-Rico, 18, and Noel Alvaro Cornejo-Ortiz, 18, both of Rome, were arrested at a store located at 1701 Shorter Avenue in a drunken and boisterous state.
Reports stated that the teens were running and yelling inside the store while causing a disturbance.
When officers arrived they found Cruz-Rico in possession of a THC Vape.
Both are charged with public drunk and underage possession of alcohol.
Cruz-Rico is additionally charged with possession of a THC vape.
