Zakira Olivia Alyce Hill, 18 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she was caught interchanging the price tag of items at Walmart
Police said that Hill proceeded to buy the items at a cheaper price than what was due.
Hill is charged with theft by shoplifting.
