Christopher Scott Whatley Sr, 53 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he exposed to penis to a 29 year-old woman and proceeded to “swipe” her private area.
The incident occurred at Jewel Forst at Heritage Park.
Whatley is charged with sexual battery and public indecency.
