Edgardo Funez-Larios, 21 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he attacked his 45 year-old father and 14 year-old brother.
Reports said that Funez-Larios became violent when he made unwanted physical contact with both victims at their home on Echota Circle.
Reports went on to say that he then attempted to prevent a 911 call by slapping the phone out of his father’s hand.
Police added that when they arrived on scene, Funez-Larios threatened to “Cut their throat”.
A second child also witnessed the attack.
Funez-Larios is charged with simple battery, disorderly conduct, terroristic threats/acts, cruelty to children in the 2nd degree, cruelty to children in the 3rd degree and obstruction.
