Rome Man Jailed After Using Woman’s ATM Card to Withdraw Cash

Arnold Ray Brown, 54 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he took a woman’s bank card and then used it to withdraw cash funds.

Police said that Brown withdrew $263.50 from an ATM account back on February 21^st.

Brown is charged with financial transaction card fraud and financial transaction card theft.
