Scott Anthony Cofer, 55 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he intentionally pushed another man’s motorcycle to the ground at a gas station on Turner McCall Blvd.
Cofer then proceeded to kick the victim, a 22 year-old man, in the leg repeatedly.
The motorcycle also suffered scuff marks from the incident.
Cofer is charged with simple battery and criminal trespass.
