Joe J Allen, 45 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he ran from officers when they saw him trespassing on private property.
Officers said that Allen had been banned from Northwest Georgia Housing Authority property back on January 19, 2025.
Allen is charged with criminal trespass.
