Scott Christopher Childs, 62 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he violated the terms of his probation when he made contact with another man on Trove Drive.
Reports said that Child’s had been told to stay at least 200 yards away from the victim and his mother before he was found yelling profanities at victim on the property.
Childs is charged with aggravated stalking.
