Jesse Shawn Johnson, 44 of Rockmart, was arrested this week after reports said he threatened to blow up a Rome hospital.
Johnson also threatened to kill everyone inside which caused the hospital to be placed on lockdown.
Johnson is charged with terroristic threats/acts.
