Michael Shaun Cole, 44 of Resaca, was arrested in Rome after reports said he stole $25,000 from an Armuchee man
Reports stated that Cole took over $25,000 from the victim for the purpose of restoring a 1967 GTO and never performed the work or returned the money.
The theft occurred back between March 2022 and July 2023
Cole is charged with felony theft by deception.
