Seth Andrus Wilson, 47 of Kingston, was arrested at a Rome area hospital after reports said he caused a scene in an emergency room.
Reports stated that Wilson cursed and screamed while using abusive words, towards hospital staff.
Wilson is charged with disorderly conduct.
