Danny Ray Willoughby, 57 of Aragon, was arrested by the Polk County Police Department this week after officers were dispatched to Polk Medical Center regarding the wellbeing of a 13 month-old child.
Reports said that the child was found to have been around drug-related objects and a firearm.
Willoughby is charged with possession of drug related objects, cruelty to children in the 2nd degree and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
