Shelley Marie Peppers, 49 of Adairsville, was arrested this week after reports said she stood outside homes on Shamrock Way and yelled at others while disturbing the neighborhood.
Reports said that Peppers refused requests to stop yelling before the police were called.
Peppers is charged with disorderly conduct.
