Teresa Conyers, 60 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she used a bank card belonging to a disabled adult to withdraw $300 from their bank account.
Reports stated that the incident occurred back on January 31st at the Circle K on Shorter Avenue.
Conyers is charged with financial transaction card fraud and exploitation/intimidation of the elderly/disabled.
