Brenda Kimberly Ann Dawson, 28 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she altered medical notes for her child and then turned them into the office at Pepperell Primary School.
Reports said that Dawson submitted the notes between August of last year and January of this year in an effort to prevent her child from being put on the truancy list.
Dawson is charged with ten counts first degree forgery.
