Joshua White, 19 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he threatened to kill two police officers and to harm two others as he was acting in a loud, vulgar and boisterous manner while intoxicated.
He is also accused of damaging an officer’s radio while being taken into custody.
White is also accused of spitting in an officer’s face.
The incident occurred at the intersection of Chateau Drive and Hampton Blvd.
White is charged with public drunk, simple battery against a police officer, interference with government property, criminal damage to property, felony obstruction, terroristic threats/acts, five counts misd counts of obstruction of law enforcement.
