A convicted sex offender, Keith Michael Lewis, 45 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he failed to register a motorcycle with the Floyd County Sheriff’s Office.
Reports stated that Lewis failed to register his 1989 Honda CM 400, as mandated by law.
Lewis is charged with failure to register as a sex offender.
