Rome Man Jailed After Illegally Dumping Debris and Rubbish

Stanley Denard Davis, 56 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he illegally dumped a load of debris and rubbish from his business at 424 East 12^th Street.

Reports said that Davis dumped his load bac on November 7^th.

Davis is charged with illegal dumping.
