Daundre Martel Wade, 36 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found with drugs and a stolen iPhone.
Police said that Wade, and another suspect, stole an iPhone from a 24 year-old woman and then attempted to sell it.
While taking him into custody, Wade was also found with a baggie containing suspected methamphetamine.
Wade is charged with possession of methamphetamine and theft by receiving stolen property.
