James Bertrume Jester, 21 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he fought with officers while being arrested at Buffalo Wild Wings.
Reports stated that Jester refused to identify himself during an investigation at the restaurant.
He then is accused of physically resisting officers while being taken into custody.
Jester is charged with willful obstruction.
