Michael Shane Cordle, 44 of Silver Creek, was arrested in the woods behind the Goodwill on Hicks Drive after reports said he refused to leave.
Reports stated that Cordle was told to leave the location back in March of 2023 but was found back there this week.
Cordle is charged with criminal trespass.
