Stephanie Denise Pullen, 43 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she attacked another woman with a trash can.
Reports said that Pullen hit the victim in the face with the can before slitting her car tires during the dispute.
The incident occurred at a home on Superba Avenue.
Pullen is charged with simple battery, criminal trespass and probation violation.
