Chastan Jakese Mims, 32 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she was found with cocaine and an opened container of alcohol while lying to police about her identity.
Reports said that Mims originally gave officers the name of her sister while being taken into custody.
Mims also signed booking documents using her sister’s identity as her own.
Mims is charged with first degree forgery, giving false statements to police, false statements and writings, possession of cocaine, open container, probation violation and failure to appear.
