Boss Avery Michael Silvery, 17, and Sebastian Guerro, 17, both of Rome, were arrested this week after reports said they were caught stealing Beatbox alcoholic drinks from the East Rome Walmart.
Reports said that the alcohol’s value was listed at $26.50.
Police said that during their arrest, Silvery grabbed an officer by the arm while refusing to comply.
Guerro is also accused of not complying by not letting go of his cellphone.
Both are charged with theft by shoplifting, intoxicating minor to the point of causing danger to himself or others and obstruction.
